Floating Homes

Even Construction has been building floating homes in the Pacific Northwest for over 16 years, which includes over 40 new custom homes and numerous remodeling projects. We have a building site in St. Helens that has floating barges, tug boats, cranes, workshops and a storage facility.

Land Homes

Since 1988, Marc has built some beautiful custom land homes. The fun challenge has been taking a large piece of undeveloped property, and within a year, building the structure, roads, wells, utilities, septic systems, and landscaping to make someone’s dream come true.

Remodels

Even Construction offers full service residential remodeling. We work very closely with numerous architects, designers and especially, the homeowner. We know the importance of not only building what the client desires but keeping an open line of communication.

The scope of our projects range from new and custom homes, to custom remodeling for both commercial and private properties.
