Design Build Construction

At Metke Remodeling and Luxury Homes, we take great pride in our design-build process. Historically, most remodeling and new construction projects were completed using the design-bid-build process. This created much disconnect between the different trades hired for the project, creating conflict and unnecessary costs to homeowners.

Metke’s design-build construction process allows our clients to work with one team collectively. Our designers and builders collaborate together from start to finish, allowing us to make the home of your dreams a reality. Miscommunication becomes a thing of the past as every team member is on board from the very start.

When the design-build team works closely with the owner about ideas and their vision of the project, they can produce a more accurate pricing estimate for the renovation, and they can obtain this estimate a lot sooner than with the traditional method. Getting a quote early on is helpful for financing and for scheduling the project’s timeline.
